Return / Exchange Policy
We created HeadLimes to make people smile. So, if you’re not happy for some reason, please either call or email and let us know!

If you would like to return (for refund) or exchange your HeadLimes – simply ship them back to us within 45-days of your purchase date. Upon receiving the items, we’ll either refund your money or send you a replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please include a note with any specifications in your return package.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know by emailing a picture to use with an explanation of your situation and corresponding request.
